CORPORATE FLYING IN THE EUROPEAN UNION - REVIEW FOR NON-EU OPERATORS
ON AIRCRAFT IMPORTATION AND VAT
Dear Sir/Madam
Most people including industry professionals seems to be a bit confused when it comes to questions on EU
importation of aircraft, full importation or temporary importation and the related issues.
We have received numerous questions and several have asked for a full review especially on the temporary
importation advantages and pitfalls.
Questions like:
When is full importation necessary?
How does temporary importation work?
Are we allowed to stay for 6 months?
Does temporary importation work for a part 91 operation?
Maybe you too recognize these questions and would like answers to these and other similar questions?
If so I sincerely suggest you download and read our new review on our website - www.opmas.dk - and also look
through the available information, our extensive FAQ and the Glossary in order to fully understand your options!
We will continuously add relevant information and provide appropriate links as we progress.
We would very much like as much input as we can get. If you have experience wit these issues please let us know. We are eager to gather as much detailed practical information as possible.
If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us at your convenience.
Best regards
OPMAS
